Refund Policy

  1. No Refund on Game Entry Fees

    All payments made to enter a trivia game on Tribeea are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reversible once a user successfully joins a game.

    This is because participation spots are allocated, and prize pools are created based on confirmed entries.

  2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

    We may issue a refund only in the following exceptional situations:

    • Technical Error: If a user is charged due to a platform-side technical error (e.g., double payment).
    • Game Cancellation: If a scheduled trivia game is canceled by Tribeea due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., server issues, low participation).
    • Failed Transaction: If the user’s payment was deducted but not credited to their Tribeea wallet.

    In all such cases:

    • Users must raise a request via email at contact@tribeea.com within 72 hours of the transaction.
    • Proof of transaction (screenshot, payment ID, UTR) must be attached.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to the Tribeea wallet within 7–10 business days after verification.
  3. No Refund on Withdrawals

    Once a withdrawal request is processed and transferred to your bank or UPI account, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

    If your withdrawal fails due to incorrect banking details, you will need to update your details and wait for reprocessing.

  4. User Responsibility

    Users are responsible for ensuring they meet eligibility criteria and understand the rules of the game before joining.

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Losses incurred during gameplay.
    • Network/connectivity issues at the user’s end.
    • User errors, such as joining the wrong game or submitting incorrect answers.
  5. Right to Refuse Refunds

    Tribeea reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the platform, or breach of our Terms of Service and Fair Play Policy.
